Return Policy
Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with any original packaging intact. Please contact us at handmadeginallc@gmail.com to request a return before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized items are produced specifically for each customer and are therefore final sale. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received was damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your statement.
