Handmade Products
Every item sold by Handmade by Gina LLC is individually crafted by hand. Slight variations in color, size, texture, and design may occur between pieces. These variations are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.
Materials
Our products are made with carefully selected natural and premium yarns and fibers. The specific materials used in each piece are stated in its product description.
Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
Processing and Delivery Times
Handmade items require 3 to 10 business days for production. Ready-made items are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you and agreed upon before your order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other external factors beyond our control.
Orders
Please review your order details carefully before completing payment. Custom orders are confirmed only after final approval and payment agreement.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Handmade by Gina LLC does not receive or store your complete payment card details.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, product descriptions, and branding content published on this website are the property of Handmade by Gina LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
