Warranty

Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your scrunchies or headbands, return them (and notify me by phone or email) within ten (10) days of your receipt of the product for a full refund. I ask that you pay the shipping to return them to me. Please Email first for returns: email: handmadebyginallc@gmail.com Warranty All scrunchies and headbands come with a  (30) days warranty from the date of receipt. Please email so I can be expecting it and can let you know it has been received. In most cases, an email with a picture of the broken scrunchy will be sufficient.  I will repair or replace your scrunch or headband. (Please keep the broken item until we’ve spoken/emailed – if I don’t have more of that yarn, I may ask you to return it for repair.)
